I noticed that `apt-cache policy` creates temporary files also in
`/var/cache/apt/` (`srcpkgcache.bin.xx` and
`srcpkgcache.bin.xx`), to then rename them (to `srcpkgcache.bin` and
`srcpkgcache.bin` respectively).
But when run as normal user this fails, but apt-cache does not re
