Yes, the bug is known to us, but unfortunately it is not possible to
backport that patch to Plasma 6.3. At least I haven't found a way as
kwin fails to build with it.

rebuild it.
However, it seems this issue with Qt 6.8 was identified and fixed
upstream some time ago: https://github.com/owncloud/client/pull/11943
You should be able to simply backport that.
