Hi,
bird does not close the configuration file, and every time a reconfigure
is issued it opens again the same file leaking file descriptors.
Attached patch fixes the problem.

bird does not honour the source address configuration in BGP when the
interface have >1 IP address, it uses instead as source IP address the
first IP configured in such interface.
Below patch fix this problem. Tested on big router with 9 interf

Network Manager dbus, currently is not enabled, please compile against
libnm-glib so network-manager users benefit.
