Just upgraded from buster to bullseye yesterday, and it fails on
building nvidia kernel module due to some conf file missing in
linux-headers-5.0.9-4-amd64.

I finally found the problem source: /usr/share/X11/locale/ was almost
empty. The problem is thus not linked to suckless-tools but to libx11-data.
