dmsetup: 2:1.02.74-6
linux: 3.8.2
Using 'dmsetup resume' doesn't help at all, the only solution I have to
reboot.

It has also build-in SysVInit emulator. It's possible to setup
a host to work with it with four commands:
1. $ make all tests
2. # make install
3. # make ser_vi_ces

on demand. Respawn flag is not nessesary.
