The nemo-python extension is not displayed in the "Extensions" list under
Edit->Plugins. This is further confirmed by the fact that none of the Python
extensions I have installed work. R

Please let me know if I should change debian/rules back to using a
hardcoded value for /tmp or if I should leave it as it is now (using
$TMPDIR but falling back to /tmp).
