And only thing that helps is kill -9 of mount process and fixing it with fsck.
Also hoping for an update on this, I've been hacking my grub.cfg file manually
to work around this.

Since there are 3 debian mirror sites in Hsinchu, the resources are largely
overlapping.
After a prolonged discussion, we finally decide to retire Debian.NCTU.edu.tw.
Existing users can migrate to opensource.nchc.org.tw or debian.csie.nctu.edu
well supported
upstream, and works in several non-Debian environments that I've
tried.
As always, I'm happy to test and patch, and would really love to see
this hit sid.
