When I attempt to install mumble-server it requires apache; however
I am running lighttpd and if you do not use debian packages it works
just fine without downloading and installing apache. Is there anyway

The pound released by debian (and the author) has a incompatibility with
the squirrelmail drafts feature. The fix is to change MAXBUF to 8192 in
pound.h. This has solved that problem. This may/or may not cause
additional issues.
