Bug#865624: transmission-daemon 2.9.2 high memory usage

Package: transmission-daemon Version: 2.9.2 I have upgraded debian8 to debian9 today, and I find transmission-daemon have a high memory usage now. At debian 8, it occupied about 100mb memory, but at debian9 it cooupied about 800mb. I simply copyed the old version transmission-daemon from debian8
