Hello,
I replaced apache module mpm_prefork_module by mpm_worker_module and things
became much better :) So it seems the problem is in interprocess communications.

It did not help, RT did not work at all :( It seems some processes of Apache
become "bad" at startup. After I killed them site works perfectly till next
reload of Apache.
