Package: gjots2 Version: 3.0.2-0.1 gjots2 is stuck here at an old version that is python2 and therefore dropped from testing. Upstream has v3.1+ available that has been converted to python3.

After reviewing a stretch system I see that I've mischaracterized the issue. Stretch has postgresql-9.6-postgis-2.3 and postgresql-9.6-postgis-2.3-scripts which are analogous to buster's v11 packages, including being recommendations rather than depends. My notes don't say anything about me manual

Package: postgis Version: 2.5.1+dfsg-1 The PostGIS extension for postgresql has apparently been moved out of the PostGIS package. One must now install postgresql-11-postgis-2.5 and postgresql-11-postgis-2.5-scripts to get the needed functionality. These packages are only Recommends though, so so
