I got a v4l1 application that worked for years.
With the current kernel, it hangs in a state where VIDIOCMCAPTURE always
return -EBUSY.

arm should use the unaligned version of GET_UNALIGNED_W (like ia64).
Most of arm processor doesn't support unaligned access.
The kernel can emulate unaligned access, but it is slow and depends on kernel
configuration.
