policy issue with the new golang-github-ncw-swift-v2 dependency.

Well this turned out to be easy. After installing nix-bin and
nix-setup-systemd all I needed to do to make nix work was this:
$ nix-channel --add https://nixos.org/channels/nixpkgs-unstable nixpkgs
$ nix-channel --update
