When a user arrives at the login page with no "postsignin" in the
session cookie (e.g., due to having bookmarked the login page)
the login fails with the message:
"login failed, perhaps you need to turn on cookies?"

I think that there is an ambiguous case for scp parsing "user@host:port/file".
How would you resolve "scp me@myserver:22/myfile.txt ." ?
(i.e., am I referring to port 22 or directory ~me/22 on myserver?)
