i reinstalled all the packages that caused problems. and then was able
to do a dist-upgrade all the way through. my system is now wheezy:) but
it didnt install any login manager on my system so that is another
problem to fix;)

i tried this scenario on a virtual machine (installing squeeze then
upgrade on wheezy) the same error occured. the i tried to install the
failed package, and it had dependency errors (gcc-4.6 required but
gcc-4.4 was to install). so i removed gcc and it installed immediately

i have the same problem on my system. and i would like to test any
solution, that doesn't in volve reinstalling my whole gui.
