I've just checked all types of the NotifyAccess.
NotifyAccess=all is the only one that works.
So that looks fine to me.

Talloc fails builing when you install debian in expert mode and deselect all
defaults,
installed ssh only.
The build errors missing pyversions.
Installing pyton-minimal fixes the problem.

Mod-security was doing its work...
I noticed that in the mod-security debug.log that all the needed headers where
set.
I retested without mod-security enabled and all was ok..

This is reproducable over and over again. ( with my config )
during the upgrade the upgrade script needs to stop the slapd server.
This fails, the upgrade script does not stop slapd correctie with my config.
This is why i reported this bug. the happens with the config used
When typeing w to get user list the following message is shown.
