The service is now back up, so this issue is resolved! Sorry for
opening this bug report, I wasn't sure I'd be able to figure it out by

I dug into this a little and it seems that this is a problem with
geocode-glib: An exception is caught at geocodeService.js:47 saying:
Gio.IOErrorEnum: Service Unavailable

What do you mean "rotated"? I also encounter this bug, and I have two
monitors, but they're both horizontal. Are you using the "Multi
monitors add-on" plugin by any chance? I'll try disabling it and see
what happens. It's hard to tell for sure because the bug occurs at
random times for me.
