Author of the fRaBs levels here. I lost level 16 in a HDD crash at one
point, and never had a chance to remake it.
I don't believe it is possible to beat Level 21 either, based on my replay
last year. Perhaps someday I'll fix these issues and send a patch in to
Debian.

To my astonishment, the aiming bug disappeared.
I'm very much a novice in C and gdb projects of this scale (although I did
design most of the Free Abuse levels :) ), so if anyone can "run with this
information" and fix the problem, please go for it.
