I would like 'see foo.pdf' to open evince (for all users).
I guess mailcap.order(5) is the right place to give evince priority over other
pdf readers. Unfortunately that does not work: I added the line

So something must be wrong with the configuration of imagick in
fusiondirectory (fusiondirectory should have enabled imagick when php
is run through apache) and/or with the php-imagick package.
