Version: 0.8.3-1
Severity: normal
After rotating an image, and then saving it, the existing EXIF tags are
destroyed. It would be great if it could maintain it! (perhaps this
should be a wishlist item, but I think a rotate should not destroy any
data).

I'm using a Tascam US-122 usb device. I added in a udev rule to run the
scripts in /etc/hotplug/usb, as described in bug #361558. It's not
working however, because the /etc/hotplug/usb/tascam_fw script expects
two variables, $PRO

Version: 2006.09.25-1

It would be nice if youtube-dl would parse the web page to get the
original movie title, and name the flv file accordingly, instead of just
using the random letters and number that you get now.

When I start an xterm using grun, it does not get the environment values
that were set in the .xsession. This is not a problem if I start the
xterm directly from the menu.

Ooops. I spoke too soon - it's not running /etc/X11/Xsession at all.
/usr/bin/startx doesn't mention Xsession, and neither does
/usr/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc. I don't remember where the Xsession was
started with the older version....

. But it's not running ~/.xsession
anymore. I'll investigate some more.

This bug seems to have vanished with the latest kernel installed
(2.6.15). I haven't looked into the kernel changelog much to see if
there were changes to the bttv driver that I'm using, but I expect
something was done recently.

sing the Nvidia binary driver with a GeForce FX 5200. It's set to
24bpp. Let me know if there's any more info you need, or any tests I can
run.
