Seen this one before, elsewhere.
This is an OCamlmakefile problem which will need to be fixed prior to make 4.0
which, IIRC, it is claimed will turn these warnings into errors.
This will affect any OCaml program using OCamlmakefile, not just in Debian
packages.

which means you can remove:
io.mli io.ml istring.mli istring.ml unzip.ml unzip.mli
from the makefile, since they won't be compiled by ocaml, only by F
Sharp.
This compiles fine, at least with my latest build.
