I will add a dependency on hwclockfirst in the next upload but the
existing dependencies make it impossible for chrony to start before
hwclockfirst so the absence of this from 1.24-2 (uploaded 2010.07.31) is
of minor importance. All the other issues in 463518 have been
addressed.

Chrony is licensed under GPL Version 2. That's GPL Version 2 _only_,
not "GPL Version 2 or later". Libreadline6 is licensed under GPL
Version 3. GPL Version 3 is incompatible with GPL Version 2. Therefor
Chrony cannot legally be linked with libreadline6.

Please remove sysvconfig from Unstable. I am the author and maintainer of
sysvconfig.
