appears deb12's openbox.deb also has ghostscript as a new dependency, and is the cause for a further +100MB of deps being installed - why? Upstream (openbox src repo) hasn't changed for several years, previous debian didn't need all the deps. Can the following deps be removed or be made suggest

Package: openbox Version: 3.6.1-9+deb11u1 In deb11 and 12 (oldstable and stable) python is a 'deps'. Python is not required by openbox and i avoid installing it. In debian10/buster python was 'suggests'. Suggested fix: package have python as a 'suggests' only (merely because an example pipe-
