I have created a MR at salsa to update to 2.4.12, which has the fix
included:

loong64 is also afftected by this issue and I have checked that cups can
pass the test on loong64. Is it better to bump the version to 2.4.12?

This issue is confirmed on two arm64 platforms: rockchip rk3588 and qcom
sm8250.
Chromium v131 from flathub doesn't have this issue. Chromium from debian
sid doesn't have this issue.
After building bookworm source on ubuntu noble with clang-18, chromium
doesn't crash any more.

Dear Maintainer,
On arm platforms kodi has to get built with APP_RENDER_SYSTEM=gles to
support drmprime. Arm platforms will not get drm prime video decode
accleration with APP_RENDER_SYSTEM=gl. I've already made a merge request:

Dear Maintainer,
There are two build flags of chromium: enable_platform_hevc and
enable_hevc_parser_and_hw_decoder which will enable hevc codecs on
chromium. I have already made a patch to enable it:
