I just ran into this bug using make-kpkg to compile the newest linux-3.2.1 kernel on squeeze. As a workaround simply linking the virtual/lguest/ directory from the Documentation folder of the source tree will solve the problem. For example: cd /usr/src/linux-3.2.1/Documentation ln -s virtual/lgue
