gtkpod does indeed conflict with libgpod >= 0.4, but libgpod 0.4 is NOT in

but the debian repo, so I assumed that it was there. It was obviously a
completely incorrect assumption on my part, sorry. I should give you gu

How is it this bug doesn't show up on the bug page for Apollon?

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried as you said, and also changed the font
settings in the GTK Styles and Fonts kcontrol module, but nothing changed the
color. I remember there were some problems with antialiasing that were
solved by changing the font (then changing back) but I haven't seen any

Sounds like a localization issue. In English, "2,500" is 2500 (comma is used
to separate groups of three digits while period is used as the decimal
symbol. This is opposite of how it is in France, where comma is used as the

The same thing is happening here with udev 0.084-3 and hal 0.5.6-2.
Downgrading to udev 0.081-1 and hal 0.5.5.1-5 fixes it (though that combo had
another problem: mounted HD volumes not appearing on the desktop or the
kicker applet. That issue at least seems to be solved in 0.084/0.5.6)
