Unless something changes before 2.6.16 is released, the sysfs entry for my
ATA controller isn't discovered as sysfs information has been changed, at

This is using partman from within Debian Installer's menu system. Not knowing
the internals of DI perhaps I missfiled this, but I saw quite a f
for a partition and then in the
partition list find 2.7GB listed as the spaced used. Running a `df` against
the created partition confirms 2.5GB was the actual size of the partition
once it was created.
The issue seems to be GB is sometimes described as 2^10 and sometimes it's
2^2.
