Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Compiling Chromium Embedded Framework on Linux. libpangox-1.0-dev is not
avilable on Debian 7, and so compilation fails. Why is it not available?
Seems like it should be.

I think this is part of the X11 library header files. Here is the dpkg output:

Hi guys,
I'm having this issue in Debian testing, 64 bit edition. I'm fully
updated/upgraded. The issue started about 1.5 weeks ago. Pretty
annoying - text can be garbled when writing code, in iceweasal, icedove,
etc.
