Bug#750445: Enabling IOMMU Works

Mother Board: GA-970A-UD3 Version 3 Worked fine in 32bit but any non USB3 in AMD64 would not. I enabled IOMMU in the bios and now everything works correctly (Jessie). Thanks, Jared
