In Rémy Sanchez' proposed initscript, you'll have to change line 70: --exec /usr/sbin/dhcpd -- -6 -q $INTERFACES to: --exec /usr/sbin/dhcpd -- -6 -q -cf "$CONFFILE" $INTERFACES Otherwise /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf is used by default.
