Hi,
My system got upgraded to systemd so I tried to upgrade upower again.
Same deal, still doesnt work and
pkaction | grep upower
still shows nothing.

Hello,
Same bug affects KDE as well.
Reverting the upower to 0.9.23-2+b2 fixes the problem
Running version 4.13.1 of KDE.
