The bug is still persist there in version 1.1.92-1. Downgrading all three
packages to the 1.1.90-3 still keeps working.

after upgrade of network-manager-gnome from version 1.1.90-3 to the 1.1.91-1
wireless networks are unaccessible. There is not visible "Enable Wi-Fi"
option in pop-up menu.
