Dear Maintainer,
When a GtkAboutDialog is created programmatically with the license set to
GTK_LICENSE_BSD_3, though the program compiles fine, the license is not
displayed and the following message is displayed in the console:

Using the blueman applet with NetworkManager applet in Xfce, and

Wacom input driver no longer works. I no longer am able to get
touchscreen or the pen tablet to work.

Hi, this bug can be closed. Apparently installing ibus-gtk3 and
rebooting the system solved the problem. I don't know why the reboot
was required, but anyway it works now.
My apologies for opening this bug report without trying out the above.
