l.conf was unaltered, i.e. 'autoballoon' was implicitely set
to "auto".
I am "on" Buster, kernel 5.10.0-8-amd64 (5.10.46-4), all relevant fixes
included.

machines, especially via Xen, as it is forbidden to execute 'pygrub'
by 'apparmor'..
