I guess I have the same problem.
I'm not able to login anymore in kde and trying to figuring out why, I
noticed glx doesn't work.
I tried to generate xorg.conf with Xorg -configure e this is the log:

The problem was that the nvram entry wasn't properly created under sid.
I managed to login in a stable distribution I have on the same system to
create it.

I have the same problem, each time I try to boot into debian it stuck at
"loading initial ramdisk", then I go with Ctrl+Alt+Del and it boot properly.
I have this problem on an Intel NUC D54250WYK.
I have an SSD mSATA with just an EFI partition and a Btrfs partition.

When i tried to login with gdm3 (version 3.8.4-7) the screen switch off
and then display the message "authentication error".
If I try to login again it load forever.
I tried to upgrade to gdm3 version 3.8.4-8 (i'm able to login in tty1)
but i have still the same problem.
