Dear Maintainer,
The package require the 'Multi-Arch: foreign' attribure.
As libruby3.3 which does support Multi-Arch, depends on it.
Test it.
Adding 'Multi-Arch: foreign' to ruby-ruby2-keywords control fixes the issue.

target architecture are not really
cross.
In plain English this package (and similar to this) should not be in the
pool.
When building the cross compilers, the target and the host should not be
identical.
