It seems like it is a bug with the Shortcuts / Menu wire up: When I start debugging with the main menu > Run > Run with > Mono Soft Debugger everything is working just fine, incl. hitting breakpoint. Starting debugging with F5, then the debugger crashes with the exception in the original post. A
