Dear Maintainer,
While passing a directory name with a trailing slash for apparently
any exclude option parameter, the directory referenced does not get
excluded from the tarfile.
Reproducible with the following configuration:

With the recent update to testing the issue still appears, making freedns
unusable without manually modyfing the perl script.

It also happens to me with a recent version with a spanish keyboard too using
the VNC extension (as vboxheadless no longer accepts --vnc as parameter).
I noted that setting the keyboard in the guest OS (a WinXP in my case) as

Since last upgrade from 1:6.14.4-8 to 1:7.2.0-1 X does not start for me.
I've tried moving my custom xorg.conf out of the way but to no avail.

I've just upgraded apache2 from testing and I found that the server was
stopped.
Looking at the upgrade terminal looks like the upgrade process first
fires a 'service stop', but then at the configure stage it fires
'service reload'

I did an additional test to determine if psmouse's lost synchronization
errors were the cause of the random freezes.
I blacklisted the psmouse kernel module at /etc/modprobe.d/ and
eventually my laptop froze until I pressed a key. Unfortunately, there
were not any error messages either on dmes
