I was able to build kdsoap-ws-discovery-client . It needs a small patch in CmakeLists.txt and I need to add Debian package to it. I will release it under my GitHub today or tomorrow. Then I will try to build kio-extras with SMB enabled and I will update Debian packaging to depend on kdsoap and
