I have had poor luck with the 3.1 installer.
Is there any disadvantage to using the 3.0 installer with minimal base system
and upgrading via ppp?

Tried to make mindi work on two computers. The first didn't have enough
space on the drive. The second had the space and it made the disk's ok
(although not with the default i386 2.6.8 kernel) so used the
mindi-kernel, however the disk doesn't b
ostgresql needs is
causing a problem.
Since I have full backups and postgresql now isn't functional, I plan to
remove and reinstall postgresql. I'll leave it for a few days in case
you want me to try anything to help pin this down.
