I am not sure who controls the modules for Julia, the problem was with two
modules who's versions were not compatible. After filing the ticket, one
of the modules updated
Package: Julia
Version: 1.5.3+dfsg-2+b2
Plots using GR are not scaled correctly.
Plots went through a change in its handling of scaling and for a brief time
was out of sync with the Plots.GR sub-package.
Currently my installation shows
Plots v1.9.1
GR v0.49.1
I believe they added a scaling fix t
