Passing the -y option (read password from file) causes failure to bind.
Example:
ldapadd -x -D 'cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com' -y /etc/pam_ldap.secret < input.ldif
However, the following will work:
ldapadd -x -D 'cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com'
Please disregard this as a bug with getty.
It seems the console is
still alive and well - it simply is not refreshed when re-connecting.
This would be a minor issue with the "xm console" command.
This may

I have found that getty does not get respawned correctly for domU's on Xen.
If I start the domain:
xm create /path/to/vm.config
It starts correctly. I can then proceed to:
xm console
As expected, everything works. No
Untested under KDE4.
This problem was only replicated under KDE3.

1) Disconnect (kill pppd).
2) Wait for daemon to completely exit (watching syslog)
