I've not tested the package correctly, I could not find any "include
soap" in the code (outside soap directory) and I'd just remove that
directory.
It's my mistake, I'll modify soap/server.php and soap/php_client.php
instead (files using nusoap.php), in order to use the packaged
nusoap.php file.

to tell the dinamic linker to use the old thread model
I suggest to add this line in the /usr/bin/amsn file.

Turning off the "Headphone Jack Sense" volume fixed my problem.
I executed "alsactl store" to save this value, now /etc/init.d/alsa
start don't show me any errors.

Ohh, this bug report is too old. I submitted it with evolution 1.4. I
have no errors (about spanish language) with evolution 2.0+.

I get these warnings when execute alsa daemon:
# /etc/init.d/alsa restart
Shutting down ALSA...done.
Setting up ALSA.../etc/init.d/alsa: Warning: 'a
The same with my Sony VAIO PCG-FR215.
But I can get my battery status again running this:
# rmmod battery
# /etc/init.d/acipd restart
