I'm getting the same issue, but also reproductible when directly
opening an image ("gliv file.ext", using 1.9.7-2:amd64).
Note I use a dual screen + enlightenment 17. But switching to single
display + software compositing doesn't prevent the SegFault.

While upgrading to a newer (unstable) kernel is easy with kernels
provided by Debian, this is not the case with the Xen support.
The 2.6.26-2 xen release is NOT useable in production environment, and
keep crashing the host due to this scheduler bug
