I saw this same bug when I upgraded xfce4.
I upgraded one library at a time as suggested by Li Daobing.
The one that did the trick was libxfcegui4-3 4.2.3-1
Looks like a dependency problem, simply upgrading xfce4 should pull in
all the latest libraries.
