Dear Maintainer,
With "apt-get install -t", a package and all its dependencies are
installed from the given release. There seems to be no way to achieve
the same behavior with apt preferences. While it's possible to specify
a glob or regexp

Packages generated by dh-make-php install a .ini file in /etc/php5/conf.d.
They should instead install the .ini file into /etc/php5/mods-available and
include a priority header, then run phpenmod to enable the module.
