Hi,
I lately upgraded my system to current Strech.
Since that day, my clock is set one hour in advance after each reboot.
The proper settings are in "/etc/adjtime", i.e. "LOCAL".
The link "/etc/localtime" is set to my timzeone

After upgrading to current testing/stretch, the problem disappeared.
The versions for gdm3 and gnome-shell did not change from my previous mail.

Hi,
I was experimenting the same kind of behavior with metche, so I looked for a
similar report.
In my case I get automatic report every 5 minutes.
They are related to "/etc/cups/subscriptions.conf" and
"/etc/cups/subscriptions.conf.0
I found a similar issue regarding the repetitive "timeout" messages
reported by "udevd".
It is related to kernel 3.0.0-1 and is solved in kernel 3.0.0-4 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=637740#44)
I upgraded to 3.0.0-5
