*BEFORE* the -W switch, and isn't totally fool-proof (no test for
maximum pad length required, and it would be a BadIdea to pass multiple

server replies with a 2xx response code, the cddb server is considered
to be alive and working.
To use, just set CDDBURL in abcde.conf:
CDDBURL="http://freedb2.org:80/~cddb/cddb.cgi";

I noticed a problem in the abcde.mkcue procedure I provided previously
(see bug #377240). The OFFSET variable was not being initialized in all
cases.
The attached patch fixes the problem.

to use different switches, depending on your

all the above switches). Once you've ripped a CD to a flac file, you
can rip ogg (or whatever) from the flac file by using the -d switch:
abcde -d /my/flacfile []

ultiple dashes, they are "collapsed"
ie:
1--234-3 is the same as 1-3 = 1 2 3
-1-234-3 is the same as -3 is the same as 1-3 = 1 2 3
1-234-3- is the same as 1- is the same as 1-0 = ignored

e resulting cue file containing the leadout position. This would
allow the resulting cue file to be used directly to create a cddb
query, without needing the associated data file (to figure out the
length of the audio, which implies the leadout position).

p with the physical CD. More importantly, there is now enough
data to create an exact duplicate of the audio portion of the CD should
it ever get lost, shredded, eaten, abducted by aliens or otherwise
