When multiple tickets are set to the same pending date and time, otrs seems
to have issues with those; not sure if those two are the only parts affected
but here is what have noticed:

I experienced two issues with the section Customer Company Management, not sure
if that should go on the same bug report or not.
1. When you click on the "Customer Companies" link on the main Admin interface,
it shows an error saying that

Application log is filled with this error: "Can't create PID GenericAgent,
because it's already running"
It seems to be due to the way the crontab jobs are created in term of timing,
fixed by changing line 67 in /etc/otrs/cron by this:
