Okay I have a file called
/run/systemd/generator/dev-disk-by\x2duuid-4da077e7\x2db024\x2d475d\x2d913d\x2d18fa1ac70a39.swap
that says its generated by the fstab generator.
The other files are non-swap mounts
Seems like its working!

Okay, I've done a little debugging and it seems to be a bug in the
Intel UXA drivers. I switched to SNA and all three monitors work fine
now.
I added the following lines to a new file in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf:
Section "Device"
Identifier "Intel Graphics"
Driver "intel"

I can confirm that this bug happens with an up to date Debian jessie
install. Running from command line works fine.
